The TCLD1000 Optocoupler consists of a darlington phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a 4-lead SO6L package. The elements are mounted on one leadframe, provide a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. The TCLD1000 is ideal for: (1)Switch-mode power supplies; (2)Line receiver; (3)Computer peripheral interface; (4)Microprocessor system interface; (5)Reinforced Isolation provides circuit protection against electrical shock (Safety Class II).
